The preliminary study is one of the first steps in the remodeling project, where we draw the floor plan with the new layout, creating new solutions to optimize the spaces and make them more functional according to your needs. Therefore, it's important for us to know the total area of the property/space to be renovated.

Some renovation processes are subject to licensing with the municipal council. For example, when there are significant changes to the structure (such as pillars and beams), alterations to the facade, or an extension of the original floor plan.

Throughout the project, we also provide the changes plan, highlighting in yellow what will be demolished and in red what will be constructed, the ceiling plan, and the outlet plan. All of these elements are crucial for the execution of the work when the construction begins.

After defining the floor plan, we move on to the Execution Project, which involves selecting all finishes, including flooring, wall coverings, sanitary ware, faucets, and more. We also design all the built-in furniture, such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom furniture, etc.

To make it easier to visualize the materials, we create technical drawings with the chosen materials. However, if you have difficulty visualizing, you can opt for the creation of 3D images, where you can see the final result almost as if it were real, making decision-making easier.

Finally, we create the materials list included in the project, which includes the brand, reference, quantities, and an budget estimate. This list provides you with a general idea of the costs associated with the finishes and will be very useful for the construction team to manage material orders and organize the work.
